4. Digital Products & Delivery

All products are digital downloads. After payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to download your product.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered, except in cases of a technical failure on our part where the file is inaccessible and we are unable to resolve it.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase you confirm your payment information is accurate and authorised.
