Getting Started
What exactly is a digital planner? A digital planner is a PDF file you download and use inside a note-taking app on your device. You write on it, fill it in, and navigate it just like a real planner, but on your iPad, tablet, or computer. No paper, no clutter, and it never runs out of pages.
Do I need an iPad to use your planners? An iPad is the most popular way to use them, but it's not the only way. Our planners work on any device that supports a PDF annotation app, that includes Android tablets, MacBooks, Windows laptops, and more. You can also print them out if you prefer writing by hand.
Which apps work with your planners? We recommend GoodNotes or Notability for iPad users, both are easy to use and work beautifully with our planners. For Android or Windows users, Xodo is a great free option. Most PDF annotation apps will work. One exception: our planners are not compatible with Procreate.
Downloading Your Order
How do I get my planner after purchasing? Your download link is delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. Check your email for an order confirmation that includes the link. Click it, save the PDF to your device, and you're ready to go.
I purchased on my computer but want to use it on my iPad , how do I transfer it? A few easy ways: you can AirDrop the file from your Mac to your iPad, save it to iCloud Drive and open it from there, or email it to yourself and open the attachment on your iPad.
I can't find my download link. Help! First, check your spam or junk folder, sometimes order emails end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@misoustudio.org with your order details and we'll sort it out for you right away.
Using Your Planner
How do I get the planner into GoodNotes? Once you've saved the PDF to your iPad, open GoodNotes and tap the + button to import a new document. Find the PDF in your Files app and select it. Make sure to choose "Import as New Document", do not import it into an already open document or the pages will get mixed together.
The hyperlinked tabs aren't working. What do I do? Make sure you're using a compatible app (GoodNotes, Notability, or Xodo). Hyperlinks do not work in every PDF viewer. Also double-check you're in the correct mode in your app — in GoodNotes, you need to be in reading/viewing mode, not writing mode, to tap links.
Can I use this on multiple devices? Yes! Once you download the file, it's yours to use across your personal devices. You can import it into GoodNotes on both your iPad and iPhone, for example.

What is your refund policy? Because our products are digital files available for immediate download, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to read the full product description and reach out with any questions before purchasing — we're happy to help.
Can I share my planner with a friend or family member? Our planners are licensed for personal use only and are not to be shared, redistributed, or gifted to others. Each person should purchase their own copy. Thank you for supporting independent creators!
Can I use your planners for commercial purposes? No. All Misou Studio products are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used as part of a commercial product or service.
